Sara Olsen is the founder of SVT Group, a pioneering impact management advisory firm that supports clients to tap and grow previously unseen social and environmental value. SVT’s work has been used to manage the social and environmental impact of $9.9Bn+ in assets, and Sara has personally trained over 7,000 individuals in impact measurement and management skills. She is also a champion of the emerging impact management profession, and to that end serves as boardmember and methodology co-chair of Social Value International, the international standards body and network for professionals who are “changing the way society accounts for value”; SVI’s liaison to the Impact Management Platform, which works to harmonize the leading ESG and impact disclosure and management standards; and a founding boardmember of SVI’s US chapter; and frequently writes and speaks on these topics.
